| Returns Return Instructions: If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange most items for a full refund of the original price paid. Items returned to us MUST be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that we DO NOT accept returns for books, products that were originally purchased on clearance, strands or pre-packed items that have been broken up or otherwise altered, including wire and stringing materials that have been unspooled. The Bead Corner will refund return First Class postage only if you are returning an incorrect or defective item. For all other returns please kindly ensure that sufficient postage is affixed to the package. Any return postage or shipping charges paid by The Bead Corner for packages that are not for incorrect or defective items will be deducted from the refund provided. Please send your returns in their original packaging with a copy of the original invoice to: The Bead Corner Returns Department 251 Front Street Unit #4 Monument, CO 80132 Please note that refunds equal to or less than $5.00 may be issued as store credit. For your protection, please send your return items in a rigid cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope. We recommend that you insure your package as we are not responsible for product returns that arrive to us damaged, and will not credit you for these items. Items returned to us in a standard unpadded envelope are almost certain to be damaged by the postal service.
